Booking Appointments
To book a consultation you will require a referral from a GP or medical specialist. Once you have a referral to Sydney Urodynamic Centre, contact us on 02 9790 6969 for an appointment. At this time, we can advise of appointment location and availability.
Please allow up to 2 hours for your appointment.
Prior to your appointment:
You will need to do a Bladder Diary for 2 consecutive days prior to your appointment (does not need to be the immediate 2 days, just whenever it is convenient). The Bladder Diary can be found on the back of your referral, if your doctor has given you one of our referrals. If it is not one of our preprinted referrals, you can print one from HERE
On the day of your Appointment:
Please empty your bladder 60-90 minutes prior to your appointment time. Do not empty your bladder after this. Eat & Drink normally. Do not drink excessive amounts of fluid.
We do ask that you be on time for your appointment and make sure you allow sufficient time to find parking and locate our office. If you are running more than 15 minutes late we cannot guarantee that you can be seen, due to the scheduling of other patients after you.
